摘要
以Sc2O3粉末为原料通过氟化、钙热还原反应以及蒸馏工序,制备了高纯的金属钪。X-射线衍射分析表明,氟化、提纯后产物单一,无其它杂质峰出现。通过ICP-AES分析,金属钪成分达到Sc-164040国家标准,其相对纯度可达到99.99%。通过控制工艺流程,氟化、钙热还原、蒸馏的转化率分别为99.2%、93.4%及80.1%。
In this paper,using Se203powder as raw material by fluorination, calcium thermal reduction reaction and distillation, a high purity metal scandium was prepared. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that after fluoride, the product was purified single, no other impurities appeared. By ICP-AES analysis, the purity of metal scandium reached Sc-164040 the national standard, up to 99.99%. In this experiment, the conversion rates of fluoride, calcium thermal reduction, distillation were 99.2% ,93.4% and 80. 1% respectively.
