摘要
铅污染会对人体和环境带来巨大危害,我国将其列为优先控制的第一类污染物。研究人员从铅锌冶炼厂冶炼废渣堆放场地周边土壤中分离筛选得到一株细菌Pb-S1,经鉴定为鞘氨醇杆菌,该菌具有良好的铅耐受性,并具有高效稳定的Pb2+去除和吸附性能,在含铅废水的处理中具有良好的应用前景。
