木屋梁多角度数控锯的设计与分析 被引量:1

Design and simulation analysis of multi angle power control saw based on ADAMS wooden beam

摘要 木屋梁多角度数控锯是将木材锯切为适用于木屋梁的加工设备。传统的锯铣联合机床不能满足对工件进行多角度的切割,现对木屋梁多角度数控锯进行结构设计。通过对木屋梁多角度数控锯的工作过程和运动加以分析并作理论推导,确定木屋梁多角度数控锯的结构布局,并采用Solid Works仿真软件对木屋梁多角度数控锯建立模型。依据国内研发的多角度锯切结构,分析了锯片的运动情况。依据木屋梁多角度数控锯的参数,用ADAMS软件进行了简化建模,并进行了运动仿真。通过仿真分析验证了木屋梁多角度数控锯设计中的可行性,而且直观地模拟出锯片在摆动过程中的运动情况,并得到各部件运动过程中的位移、摆角等参数,为木屋梁多角度数控锯的整体设计提供了理论依据。 The wooden beam multi angle degree control saw is a processing equipment which can be used for wood sawing. Traditional saw milling combined machine tool can not meet the multi angle cutting of the workpiece. The structure design was done for the wooden beam multi angle degree control saw. Methods through the analysis of the working process of the wooden beam multi angle control saw, the structure layout of the log cabin beam was determined, and the SolidWorks simulation software was used to set up the model of the multi angle control saw. Through the simulation analysis to verify the wooden beam angle degree controlled saw in the design of reliability, and visually simulated the movement of blade in the swing process, and get the moving parts in the process of displacement and swing angle and other parameters. At the same time, it provides a theoretical basis for the overall design of the multi angle control saw.
