摘要 采用活性炭纤维吸附-蒸汽脱附装置对江苏南通某医药中间体企业生产工序排放尾气中的甲苯进行吸附回收。论述了该医药中间体企业含甲苯有机废气收集和处理现状、吸附装置工艺流程及操作参数、必要的安全保障等,对比分析了活性炭纤维与颗粒活性炭2种吸附工艺的优缺点。现场运行数据表明:自2014年6月至今,装置运行稳定,甲苯回收率稳定在97%左右,自动化控制水平高,安全性能好,回收的甲苯质量好。使用该装置后,每年可回收甲苯约161 t,年净收益67.3万元。 A set of activated carbon fiber adsorption and steam desorption facilities were used to adsorption recover methylbenzene discharged from the rectification procedure of an Pharmaceutical Intermediates Factory in Jiangsu. The current status of collection and processing of VOCs, process flow, adsorption selectivity, operation parameters and operation precautions were described. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of adsorption process of activated carbon fiber and granular activated carbon were compared. Its operation showed that, from June 2014 up to now, the facilities ran stably, and methylbenzene recovery rate was kept at about 97%. The facilities had high automatic control level, good safety performance, and good quality of recovered methylbenzene. After the facilities were put into operation, about 161 tons of methylbenzene could be recovered every year, and the annual net incomes reached more than ¥ six hundred and seventy-three thousand.
