受检者个体差异与放射剂量的相关性研究:参数自动优化模式在全数字平板乳腺摄影中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的讨论基于参数自动优化模式的全数字平板乳腺摄影技术能否根据受检者乳腺厚度和腺体分型的差异,自动选择不同的靶面/滤线栅组合,形成不同曝光条件,降低乳腺平均腺体剂量。方法 390例女性受检者纳入本次研究,根据曝光时不同的靶面/滤线栅组合分为三组,每组均为130例。观察受检者乳腺压迫厚度、乳腺腺体分型与靶面/滤线栅组合,曝光条件、平均腺体剂量的相关性。分析在不同靶面/滤线栅组合下曝光条件、平均腺体剂量差异性。结果乳腺压迫厚度、腺体分型和靶面/滤线栅组合的选择相关,相关系数分别为0.732和0.109;不同靶面/滤线栅组合,产生的摄影条件存在统计差异,并决定平均腺体剂量。结论参数自动优化模式的全数字平板乳腺摄影技术能够根据受检者个体差异(乳腺压迫厚度、腺体分型),自动选择曝光条件,降低乳腺平均腺体剂量。该技术值得临床推广使用。 Objective To discuss weather different combinations of anode-filter can be automatically selected and different exposure conditions can be produced according to the differences of breast thickness and glandular type using full-field digital mammography based on automatic optimization of parameter. Methods Three hundred and ninety female subjects were included in this study. According to the different combinations of anode-filter, all subjects were divided into three groups, each group included 130 cases. The relationships between individual conditions (thickness of breast and classification of mammary gland), the combinations of anode-filter, the exposure conditions and the average gland dose were observed. The differences in exposure conditions and average glandular dose with different combinations of anode-fiher were analysed. Results There were relations between breast thickness, type of gland and the combinations anode-filter, there were statistical differences in the exposure conditions, and the average glandular dose with different combinations of anode-filter. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography based on automatic optimization of parameter can automatically select exposure conditions, reduce the average breast gland dose according to the individual differences in the subject (breast compression thickness, gland type).
