摘要 虽然对缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease,IHD)的认知和干预在不断增加,但IHD依然在不断增加,并呈年轻化发展趋势。如何对心肌缺血损伤和纤维化程度的有效的评估,一直是IHD的研究方向之一。近年来,T_1mapping作为一种新的磁共振技术,可对急性心肌梗死心肌损伤程度、慢性期纤维化的改变进行有效的评估,本文对T_1mapping技术及在IHD中的应用进展进行综述。 Although the cognition and intervention of the ischemic heart disease (IHD) are on the increase, the incidence of IHD is still increasing with lower average onset age. Effective assessment of the severity of myocardial ischemia injury and fibrosis has always been one of the research direction of IHD. Recently, T1 mapping, a new magnetic resonance imaging technique, has been applied to assess the degree of myocardial injury in acute myocardial infarction and the myocardial fibrosis change in chronic stage. In this paper, we focuses on summarizing T1 mapping technology and its clinical application progress in IHD.
