Dermatoses in Pregnancy

多数女性在妊娠期间会发生一种或多种皮肤的生理性或病理性变化,正确的识别和处理妊娠期皮肤病理性改变,即妊娠期皮肤病,对孕妇和胎儿的健康具有重要作用。目前妊娠期皮肤病的分类尚无明确标准,依据其发生与妊娠的关系分为妊娠特异性皮肤病和妊娠非特异性皮肤病两大类。本文将概述妊娠期皮肤的生理变化、常见妊娠期各类皮肤病的临床特征、处理及对妊娠的影响。

Physiological or pathological skin changes occur in most pregnant women. Accurately recognization and management of pathological skin changes in pregnancy, i. e. , dermaroses in pregnancy are important for both pregnant patients and fetus. There is no categorical criterion for classifying of dermatoses in pregnancy. According to the relationship between the oceurrenee of dermatoses and pregnancy, dermatoses in pregnancy can be elassificated into specific dermatoses and nonspecific dermatoses. In this contribution, the physiological skin changes, and clinicopathologic features, managememnt and affects of the dermatoses on pregnancy will be discussed.
