Dermatoses Caused by Viral Infections in Pregnancy

妊娠期间可发生多种病毒感染性皮肤病,由于妊娠期妇女内分泌、代谢及免疫功能的变化,这些病毒性皮肤病的获得、临床表现、疾病进展和结局及预后也有所不同。相比于普通人群和非妊娠妇女,病毒性皮肤病可能会给孕妇及胎儿带来更加严重的后果,如流产、早产及先天畸形。文中综述妊娠期间常见的病毒性皮肤病对孕产妇、胎儿及新生儿的影响和相应治疗措施,为临床工作提供建议和指导。

A variety of viral infections can occur in the skin during pregnancy. Due with the en- docrine metabolic and immunologic changes in pregnant women, viral skin diseases＇ acquisition, clinical presentation, outcomes of disease progression and prognosis are very different. Compared to the general population and non-pregnant women, viral skin disease may give pregnant women and fetuses bring more serious consequences such as abortion, preterm labor or congenital malformations. This article reviews important viral skin diseases during pregnancy including maternal ,fetal and neonatal impact and appropriate therapeutic measures, providing advice and guidance for clinical work.
