Pregnancy and Urticaria

妊娠是女性特有的生理时期,荨麻疹是常见的妊娠期皮肤病。目前认为其发生可能与妊娠期机体激素水平变化相关,但仍无相关系统研究。根据患者临床表现不难诊断荨麻疹,但由于妊娠的特殊性,在药物治疗方面尤为谨慎。文中就妊娠期荨麻疹的病因、临床表现、发病机理、治疗等研究进行了概述。

Pregnancy is the special physiological period of woman. Urticaria is common skin disease in gestation period. Some researchers suggested that urticaria could be related to hormonal changes during pregnancy,but we lack the data of investigation. It was not difficuh to diagnose with typical clinical manifestation. Because of the specifies of the pregnancy, careful selection in terms of drug therapies should be taken. This article reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, and treatment of urticaria in gestatinn period.
