黑素瘤与妊娠关系的研究进展

Research Progress in Pregnancy Related Melanoma

女性妊娠期间发生的黑素瘤是生长最快的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率占妊娠女性所有恶性肿瘤的8%。妊娠是否会促进黑素瘤的发展,黑素瘤是否向胎盘或胎儿的转移以及妊娠黑素瘤如何处理,都使妊娠期黑素瘤倍受重视。文中就妊娠合并黑素瘤的研究进展进行了综述,总结近年来妊娠合并黑素瘤患者是如何诊疗,以正确认识妊娠与黑素瘤的关系,为今后临床工作提供更多的经验。

Melanama is one of the most rapidly growing malignant tumor that develop during pregnancy, and its incidence accounted for 8% of all malignancies arising during gestation. The incidence of melanoma in pregnant women may be expected to increase with delayed childbearing age in society. Whether the pregnancy would worsen the melanoma progress and melanoma metastasize to placenta or fetus should be addressed. Importantly, the diagnosis and therapy should be considered seriously during the pregnant period. Here,we review the literatures on advance of pregnancy related melanoma and opinions of treatment to evaluate the relationship between pregnancy and melanoma properly and provide therapy guidelines for pregnant related melanoma.
