Drug Selection of Dermatological Therapy in Pregnancy

妊娠期女性伴发皮肤病在临床上较为常见,包括炎症性疾病、感染性疾病等。为避免对胎儿产生不利影响,选择适当的药物治疗非常重要。本文对国内外有关文献进行了回顾,根据孕期、具体药物种类以及给药途径等,探讨了抗微生物药、抗寄生虫药、抗痤疮药、治疗银屑病药、抗过敏药、治疗结缔组织病药以及皮肤消毒剂等在妊娠期皮肤病治疗中的选择,总结了药物选用的基本原则,以便为临床治疗提供参考。

Pregnant women often present a variety of skin complaints, such as inflammatory＇ disease, infectious disease, etc. It is very important to select appropriate drug treatment to avoid adverse effects to the fetus. In this paper, related literatures home and abroad were reviewed and the selection of drugs including antimicrobials,antiparasitic agents, antiacne agents, antipsoriatics, antiallergic drug and skin degerming agents, etc, were discussed based on the stages of pregnaney,drugs,and routes of administration. General principles of medication were summarized to provide reference for clinical therapy.
