某钾石盐矿提钾工艺研究

Study on Extracting Potassium Craft from a Potassium Salt Stone

采用热溶结晶法,将w(KCl)为10.52%、w(水不溶物)为26%的钾石盐原矿通过75℃热溶结晶,可以获得成品KCl(干基)的产率为9.63%、w(KCl,干基)为97.62%、KCl的回收率为89.35%。

By the hot melt crystallization, the ore with the w （KCl） of 10. 52%, w （water insolu- bles） of 26%, through 75℃ hot melt crystallization can give out finished KCl （dry basis） in a yield of 9. 63%, w （KCl, dry basis） of 97. 62%, KCl recovery of 89. 35%.
