摘要
根据混凝沉降废水处理技术及锡尾矿水的特征,采用不同种类的混凝剂对废水进行沉降净化实验。从废水处理的合理性和经济性方面探讨了混凝沉降废水处理技术适用于实际处理的可能性。结果表明,锡选矿废水采用一段除去水中悬浮物,二段加入铁盐调节水的p H并同时除去水中砷的方法,可使处理后水中污染物达到《锡、锑、汞工业污染物排放标准》的要求。一段药剂耗费0.031~0.124元/m^3,二段药剂耗费0.10~0.15元/m^3。
According to the features of the coagulation settlement wastewater treatment technologies and tin tailings water, different types of coagulants were used for wastewater purification sedimentation exper- iments. The possibility of coagulating sedimentation wastewater treatment technologies applicable to the actual process from rationality and economic aspects of wastewater treatment was explored. The results showed that in the first stage, removing the suspended solids in water in the tin beneficiation waste water; in the sec- ond stage, iron salt was added to adjust the pH of water to remove the arsenic contamination in water. After such treatment, the pollute in water can reach " tin, antimony, mercury, industrial pollutants emission standards" requirements. It needs agents 0. 031 - 0. 124 yuan/m^3 for the first stage, and 0. 10 to 0. 15 yuan/m^3 in the second stage.
