摘要
借助线性回归技术,运用历史数据建立了磷矿浆滤饼含水量与搅拌器频率、主轴频率、矿浆含固量、矿浆细度自变量相关的线性回归模型,借以预测不同运行参数下的结果值,并可甄别出影响磷矿浆滤饼含水量的主要因素。将结果运用于磷矿浆脱水试验,滤饼水分基本低于15%(均值14.75%),达到了预期的效果。
With the linear regression technique, using historical data, the linear regression model of moisture content in a phosphate slurry filter cake related to frequency of the agitator, the spindle frequency, pulp solids, pulp fineness arguments is established, in order to predict the resulting value obtained from different operating parameters, and to identify the main factors influencing the phosphate slurry cake moisture content. The results are used in phosphate rock slurry dewatering test, the cake moisture is substantially less than 15% (average 14.75% ), the desired effect is achieved.
