柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled study on the combination of the decoction of the root of the root and the keel and the psychological intervention in the treatment of post tumor depression

[目的]观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床疗效。[方法]采用简单数字表随机方法将符合纳入标准的102例肿瘤后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组51例。治疗组给予口服柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,每日3次,每次100 m L。同时给予心理干预。对照组给予口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每日早上1次。连续治疗6周,6周后统计两组患者的临床疗效及药物的不良反应,比较汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)积分、生活质量的变化。[结果]治疗后两组患者HAMD积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组总有效率70.59%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),药物不良反应的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁优于对照组,无明显不良反应,能明显改善肿瘤后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combination of the decoction of the root of the root of the root of the root and the keel in the treatment of depression after tumor. Results： there was significant difference（P〈0.05） comparing the treatment group 2 patients with HAMD scores compared with significant difference （P〈0.05）; in the treatment group, the total effective rate of 88.24%, control group, the total efficiency of 70.59%, two groups total efficiency was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; quality of life after treatment in the two groups, the side effects of the drug occurred rate was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： it is better than the control group, no significant adverse reaction, can significantly improve the depressive state of the patients with post depressiondepression and improve their quality of life.
