摘要
以(NH_4)_2C_2O_4·H_2O为沉淀剂,以钛酸四丁酯和无水氯化钙分别作为钛源和钙源,采用化学共沉淀法合成了CaTiO_3∶Eu^(3+)荧光粉前驱体,并探索了煅烧温度及Eu^(3+)掺入量对产物晶相和发光强度的影响。研究表明,最优化的煅烧温度、Eu^(3+)离子的摩尔浓度分别为1300℃和9 mol%。还研究了电荷补偿剂Li^+、Al^(3+)对荧光强度的影响,且分析了可能的作用机理。
The precursor of CaTiO3 : Eu3+ phosphor was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method with (NH4)2C204 · H2O as the precipitating agent, tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and anhydrous calcium chloride as a source of calcium. The effects of calcining temperature and the contents of Eu3+ ions on the crystal phase and luminescent intensity of as-prepared phosphors were studied. The results indicate that the optimal calcining temperature and Eu3+ concentration was 1300℃ and 9 mol% respectively. In this paper, the effect of charge compensation agent Li~ and AP+ on the fluorescence intensity was also investigated and the possible interaction mechanisms of these effects were analyzed.
