陶瓷墙地砖干法造粒机主轴偏心率对造粒效果的研究

摘要 针对陶瓷墙地砖干法造粒制粉存在的颗粒级配分布不均匀的现象,搭建试验平台研究主轴偏心率对造粒过程中颗粒级配的影响,同时基于欧拉-欧拉模型模拟造粒过程颗粒的分散性及验证实验结果的可靠性,优化主轴偏心率。实验结果表明:当偏心率为0.15、0.25、0.35时,颗粒的有效质量百分比依次为79.5%、85.5%、79.4%,且当偏心率为0.25时,颗粒级配均匀性最佳。同时数值模拟结果表明:当偏心率为0.15、0.25、0.35时,颗粒在造粒室形成的堆积度依次分别为7%、3%、11%,说明实验结果与数值模拟基本相吻合,验证了实验的可靠性,表明主轴偏心率为0.25时造粒效果颗粒的级配均匀性最佳。 In view of the phenomenon that grain size distribution of ceramic wall and floor tile dry granulator is not uniform, the influence of spindle eccentricity on grain size distribution in the process of granulation by setting up a test platform, in the meantime, based on the particle dispersion in Euler-Euler model simulated the granulation process and the reliability of the test results, the spindle eccentricity was optimized. Experimental results showed when the eccentricity was 0.15, 0.25, 0.35, the effective mass percentage of particles was 79.5%, 85.5%, 79.4%, respectively, and when the eccentricity was 0.25, the grain size distribution uniformity was the best. Numerical simulation results showed when the eccentricity was 0.15, 0.25 and 0.35, the accumulation of palticles in the granulation chamber was 7%, 3% and 7% respectively, which illustrated that the experimental results and numerical simulation was basic consistent, and numerical simulation verified the reliability of the experiment. The results showed when spindle eccentricity was 0.25, granulation particle gradation uniformity was the best.
