合理摆放及炉内冷却时间对压力蒸汽灭菌湿包率的影响

The Influence of Rational Location and Furnace Cooling Time on Wet Packet Rate of Pressure Steam Sterilization

目的:探讨合理摆放及炉内冷却时间对压力蒸汽灭菌湿包率的影响。方法:选择人工流产包700个,按照是否实施摆放和冷却控制干预分为观察组和对照组,各350个,比较2组湿包率情况。结果:观察组湿包率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合理科学的摆放及确保冷却时间是减少压力蒸汽灭菌湿包率的有效方法。

Objective： To explore the influence of rational location and furnace cooling time on wet packet rate of pressure steam sterilization. Methods： All 700 artificial abortion bags were chosen, and they were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to whether to implement put and cooling control intervention, 350 cases each group, wet packet rates of both groups were compared. Results： The observation group was lower than the control groupsignificantly in wet packet rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rational location and ensuring cooling time are effective methods of reducing wet packet rate of pressure steam sterilization.
