摘要 目的:总结开展中药饮片质量管理工作的实践经验,探讨综合医院中药饮片质量管理的有效方法。方法:通过归纳整理中药饮片管理过程出现的各种质量问题,制订医院内部质量监控标准,从采购、验收、保管、调配、复核各环节采取全员全过程质量监控措施,对具体质量问题按PDCA(Plan:计划;Do:实施;Check:检查;Action:处理)循环管理模式进行监控管理。结果与结论:采取全员全过程质量监控措施,对具体质量问题按PDCA循环管理模式进行监控管理,可使质量问题得到持续的解决,保证中药饮片在临床应用的有效性和安全性。 Objective: To explore effective methods of quality control of herbal pieces in comprehensive hospital by summarizing practical experiences of launching quality control of herbal pieces. Methods: Specific quality problems were monitored and managed according to PDCA (plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle management mode, quality control measures were adopted during the whole process from the links of purchasing, acceptance, keeping, allocation and check, and the standard of hospital internal quality control monitoring was established by reviewing different quality problems in the process of herbal pieces management. Results and Conclusion: Quality control measures during the whole process are adopted, specific quality problems are monitored and managed according to PDCA cycle management mode, which could solve quality problems continuously, ensure the validity and safety of herbal pieces in clinical application.
