补肺益肾平喘方治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病27例

BuFei YiShen PingChuan Formula in Treating 27 Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的:观察补肺益肾平喘方对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效及其对患者生存质量的影响。方法:将52患者随机分为观察组27例、对照组25例,对照组采用舒利迭、氨茶碱等常规治疗,观察组服用补肺益肾平喘方,水煎分服,1剂/d。2组均以连续治疗3个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后总有效率症状积分、肺功能和生存质量评分的变化情况,以及治疗期间感冒次数、肺感染次数、抗生素使用频率及不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组为92.59%,对照组为76.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状积分、生活质量评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较,差异也有统学意义(P<0.05)。一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1/用力肺活量(FVC)治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较,差异无统学意义(P>0.05)。感冒发作次数、肺感染发作次数、抗菌素使用频率2组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:补肺益肾平喘方能显著改善稳定期COPD患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,提高患者生存质量,且无不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects ofBuFei YiShen PingChuan formula in treating the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） at stable stage, and its impact on their life quality. Methods： All 52 patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, 27 patients in the observation group who were treated with Seretide and aminophytline, and the others in another group who were treated with BuFei YiShen PingChuan formula, one decoction a day. Three months were one course of the treatment for both of them. The change of symptom score, pulmonary function, and life quality score before and after treatment were observed, as well as the number of cold and pulmonary infections, antibiotic use and the side effects during the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%, higher than 76% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The differences had statistical meaning in the comparison of symptom score and life quality score within the groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison ofFEV1, FEV-/FEV between both groups before and after treating（P〈0.05）; the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating （P〉0.05）. The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of cold attack times, pulmonary infection times and the frequency of antibiotic use between both groups （P〉0.05）. No obvious adverse reaction had been seen during therapeutic courses. Conclusion： BuFei YiShen PingC, huan formula could relieve the symptoms of COPD at stable stage, improve the lung function, and raise the patients＇ life quality without side effects.
