厚朴温中汤加味治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎43例

Treatment of Chronic Gastritis of Insufficiency-Cold in Spleen and Stomach by Modified Matgnoliae Officinalis Decoction: Analysis of 43 Cases

目的:观察厚朴温中汤化裁治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将85例患者随机分为观察组43例、对照组42例。观察组以厚朴温中汤化裁治疗,1剂/d,连服21天。对照组服用奥美拉唑肠溶片、阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片14天,再单服奥美拉唑肠溶片1天。观察2组临床疗效及幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)转阴率。结果:观察组痊愈率为44.18%,总有效率为88.37%;对照组痊愈率为21.42%,总有效率为61.91%。2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)转阴率观察组为79.07%,对照组为66.67%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厚朴温中汤化裁治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎,能提高临床疗效及幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified Matgnoliae Officinalis Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach. Methods： 85 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （43 cases） and the control group （42 cases）. The observation group was given modified Matgnoliae Officinalis Decoction one dosage a day for 21 days continuously. And the control group was given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets, Amoxicillin Capsules and MetronidazoleTablets for 14 days, then was given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets for one day. Results： In the observation group, the cure rate was 44.18% and the total effective rate was 86.05%. In the control group, the cure rate was 21.42% and the total effective rate was 61.91%. Compared the clinical efficacy of the both groups, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach by modified matgnoliae officinalis Decoction, Clinical efficacy and the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori can be improved.
