舒适护理对股骨颈骨折患者满意率及并发症的影响

The Effects of Comfort Care on Satisfaction Rate and the Complications of the Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨舒适护理模式在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:将240例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各120例。对照组给予健康宣教、心理护理等常规护理;对照组给予环境护理、心理护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理、预防并发症、功能锻炼等舒适护理措施。观察2组护理干预后护理满意率及并发症发生情况。结果:总满意率观察组为85.00%,对照组为58.30%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。压疮、肺炎、下肢静脉血栓、泌尿系统感染、创口感染等并发症总发生率观察组为7.50%,对照组为35.83%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理模式有助于提高股骨颈骨折患者护理满意率,并可预防并发症的发生。

Objective： To discuss the effects of comfort care applied to the patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： All 240 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 120 patients each group. The control group accepted routine care including health education, psychological care and others; and the observation group comfort care such as environmental care, psychological care, diet care, pain care, preventing the complications, functional exercise and others. Nursing satisfaction rate and the complication incidences of both groups were observed after nursing intervention. Results： Total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 83.3%, higher than 58.3% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Total incidences of the complications including pressure sore, pneumonia, vein thrombosis of low extremities, urinary system infection, wound infection in the observation group was 7.50%, lower than 19.5% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort care is helpful to raise nursing satisfaction rate of the patients and prevent the incidence of the complications.
