吉林省农业信息化对农业经济增长贡献的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Contribution of Agricultural Informatization to the Growth of Agricultural Economy in Jilin Province

吉林省农业信息化发展于90年代,经过近20年的发展,农业信息化水平初具规模,但发展水平较低。本文对吉林省2004-2014年的农业信息化数据资料进行整理,根据整理后的数据使用波拉特法进行测算,并对吉林省目前农业信息化水平的状况进行深入分析。根据经济增长理论,将信息部门产值引为柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的第三生产要素,实证分析吉林省农业信息化对农业经济发展的影响,并对吉林省农业信息化水平对农业经济增长的贡献进行研究,在此基础上提出提高吉林省农业信息化水平的可行性对策和建议。

The agricultural informatization has got the scale, but is still in the primary stage during twenty years since the1990＇s in Jilin province. This article collected the data of agricultural informatization in Jilin province from 2004 to 2014,according to which calculation analysis was made by using Porat＇s method and the status of agricultural informatization inJilin Province was further analyzed. Then based on the theory of economic growth, it cited output value of the informationsector as the third factor of production in the Cobb-Douglas production function, analyzed empirically the influence of agri-cultural informatization in Jilin Province on the development of the agricultural economy and affect of the status of agricul-tural informatization on growth of agricultural economy, based on which it put forward the feasible countervailing measuresand suggestions to raise the level of agricultural informatization in Jilin province.
