基于外部线索的社会化问答平台信息质量感知模型研究 被引量:6

Research on Information Quality Perception Model of Social Q&A Platform Based on External Clues

摘要 概述了问答平台信息质量评估研究及线索理论研究现状,获取社会化问答平台答案信息质量感知的相关外部线索进行因子结构探索,在此基础上提出基于外部线索构建社会化问答平台的信息质量感知模型。验证性因子分析表明:该模型的拟合效果较好,用户感知答案信息质量时所采用的外部线索包括信息利用线索、信息认同线索、信息否定线索、信息举报线索、信息能力线索、信息表象线索和系统推荐线索。此研究为社会化问答平台信息线索设计和答案质量评估提供了理论基础。 On the review of existing QA information quality assessment research and clue theory research, we obtain theexternal cues for information quality perception in social QA platform and explore the structure factor, then put forwardthe information quality perception model of social QA platform. Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the model fittingeffect is better. Information using clues, information recognition clues, information negative clues, information report clues,information ability clues, information appearance clues and system recommended clues are the external clues for informa-tion quality perception in social QA platform. This article provides a theoretical basis for the design of information cluesand answer information quality assessment in social QA platform.
