摘要
既有建筑节能改造是实现降低建筑能耗的主要途径之一,通过对室内天棚的改造,使室内净空高度具有灵动性的同时,在层顶形成空气保温层,实现建筑运行节能目的。以南昌市高新区浙江大学科技园配套住宅为改造对象,通过鸿业负荷软件模拟并计算节能升降天棚安装后住宅建筑维持运行时负荷变化情况,初探其对夏热冬冷地区住宅建筑节能效应,发现节能升降天棚在室内房间上部形成空气缓冲层,改进了房间上部楼板的热工性能,对降低既有建筑的负荷具有明显作用。
The energy-saving reform of the existing residential buildings is one of the main ways to reduce the energy consumption of a building. Through reform of indoor ceiling,making indoor headroom variable and forming air thermal insulation layer in roof,it is realized the purpose of building energy-saving in operation. Taking the mated residential building of the science park of Zhejiang University in the high-tech zone of Nanchang City as the reform object,Hongye software was used to simulate and calculate the energy changes during the operation of the building after installing the energy-saving ceilings,whose effect was studied intially on the energy-saving of the residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas. It was found out that the air buffer layer formed by the lifting ceiling could improve the thermal behavior of the floor slab of upper part and decrease the comsumption of the buildings.
