摘要
钢筋混凝土结构中梁式转换层多用于非落地式剪力墙(框架-剪力墙)结构。该部位对整体结构起着承上启下的作用,具有构件截面尺寸较大、钢筋密集、混凝土等级较高等特点。通过多个钢筋混凝土梁式转换层的成功实施,阐述了施工过程中对模架搭设、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑等方面的控制要点,可供类似项目施工建设作参考。
Reinforced concrete girder transfer floor serves as a transition often used in non-floor shear wall (frame-shear wall) structure. It is characterized by large cross-section, dense reinforcement and higher grade of concrete. In this paper, the keys points such as formwork erection, reinforcing bar colligation and concrete pouring are expounded, based on several successful cases of the construction of reinforced concrete girder transfer floor.
