摘要
磨床自动化程度高、应用广泛,在"机床电气控制与PLC"教学中常将磨床作为一个典型控制对象,以增强学生对可编程控制器实际应用的认识。然而,在传统教学中,由于缺少具体的磨床控制对象,PLC程序运行结果抽象,难以达到满意的教学效果。针对上述问题,以M1432A型万能外圆磨床为例,设计了磨床控制系统全虚拟实验模型,给出了磨床全虚拟实验模型的结构框图、工作原理、开发过程、通信设置以及仿真调试。教学实践证明,该模型对学习兴趣和教学效果的提高具有关键性的作用。
As grinder is widely used machine with a high degree of automation, it often used as a typical case of PLC in teaching Machine Tool Electric Control and PLC to enhance students’understanding of the practical application of PLC. However, in traditional teaching of grinder PLC control program, the teaching effectiveness is unfavorable due to the abstractness resulted from the nonexistence of grinder. In view of this problem, the full-virtualized experimental model of grinder control system is designed using M1432A universal cylindrical grinder as an example. The structure diagram, operational principle, development process, communications setting and emulation debugging of the model are presented in this paper. Teaching practice shows that the model plays a crucial role in the improvement of students’learning interest as well as the teaching effect.
