摘要
介绍了大极板自动化剥锌预剥离机的结构组成。建立力学模型重点分析小凿刀进入锌片后的剥离过程,并通过Simulink仿真分析剥离驱动力随刀具角度的变化规律。最后,对仿真结果进行分析,并提出了下一步研究方向。
The article introduces the composition and function of automatic system for cathode pre stripping. Laying special stress on stripping process after the small chisel blade entering zinc by means of establishing mechan- ical model. Then, the rules of driving force changing with the tool angle based are analyzed with Simulink. At last, the result of emulation are validated, and research plan for the next step is put forward.
