铝合金/不锈钢冷金属过渡熔-钎焊的接头性能 被引量:2

摘要 以ER4043(AlSi5)型焊丝作为填充金属,利用冷金属过渡熔-钎焊技术焊接异种材料6061铝合金与304奥氏体不锈钢,研究了不同焊接速度条件下焊接接头界面化合物层的物相组成及其抗拉强度.结果表明:通过优化焊接工艺参数能够得到连续均匀的焊缝,而且当焊接速度达到420mm/min时,焊缝表面的成形质量最好;在焊接接头的铝/钢界面形成了一定厚度的Fe-Al化合物层,其主要成分为Fe_2Al_5及FeAl_3相;焊接接头的抗拉强度为40 MPa,焊接接头的断裂发生于铝/钢的界面处,断口呈脆性断裂. The cold metal transfer (CMT) welding-brazing process was used to weld dissimilar materials of 6061 aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel, with ER4043 (A1SiS) filler deposited in the process. The in- fluence of different speed of welding on intermetallic compound and mechanical properties of joint was studied. The results show that continuous and uniform weld was obtained by optimizing welding parameters, and when the welding speed reaches 420 mm/min, the forming on the surface is the best. Meanwhile, Fe Al intermetallic compound interface layer forms. The main components of the compound layer are Fe2Al6 and FeAl3. The fracture occurs at the interface of aluminum/steel. The fracture is brittle, and the tensile strength of the joint is 40 MPa.
