高压环境下湿度对低碳钢熔化极气体保护焊焊接质量的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Humidity on Welding Quality of Gas Metal Arc Welding in Hyperbaric Environment

摘要 利用高压试验舱模拟高压环境,在环境压力为0.5 MPa的条件下进行了V型坡口对接低碳钢熔化极气体保护电弧焊焊接试验,利用湿度监测系统监测焊接过程中周围环境的湿度变化情况,并进行了焊缝的力学性能测试及其微观组织形貌分析.结果表明:随着环境相对湿度增加,焊接接头的冲击韧性下降;焊缝热影响区(HAZ)的金属微观组织变得粗大,而且出现了少量贝氏体组织,但仍能够满足美国焊接学会提出的水下焊接规程(AWS D3.6M-2010)的要求. A high pressure tank was utilized to simulate hyperbaric environment and a V square butt welding of gas metal arc welding (C-MAW) test was conducted at 0.5 MPa. Besides, a humidity sensor was used to record the change of humidity in the process of welding. In addition, the mechanical property tests and metallurgical structure observations of the welds were fulfilled. The results show that with the increase of humidity, the impact toughness of weld decreases, the microstructure of heat affected zone (HAZ) becomes bulky, and a small amount of bainite structures appear; however, the requirements of the AWS D3.6Mstill can be satisfied.
