摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜和热重分析仪,研究了3种不同类型增容剂——马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(pp-g-MAH)、双乙撑酰胺(EBS)及自制增容剂对热塑性聚氨酯弹性体/氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(TPU/SEBS)的氨基特征峰红移影响,进而研究了增容效果。结果表明,3种增容剂中自制增容剂增容效果最佳,且当其添加量为6%(质量分数,下同)时,氨基特征峰红移程度最大达到28 cm^(-1);添加自制增容剂共混体系粒子分散最为均匀;分别添加pp-g-MAH、EBS、自制增容剂时,SEBS的分解温度由438.81℃分别上升至441.79、443.68、447.03℃,其中添加自制增容剂的共混体系热稳定性最好。
This work investigated the effects of three types of compatibilizers, i.e. polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH), styrene-b-(ethylene-co-l-butylene)-b-styrene triblock copolymer (SEBS), and a self-made compatibilizer, on the red shift of amino characteristic peaks in the infrared spectra of TPU/SEBS blends by using of Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results indicated that the self-made compatibilizer exhibited the best compatibilizing effect among the three compatibilizers. The blend containing 6 wt% of the seK-made compatibilizer was found to present the greatest red shift for the amino characteristic peak in its infrared spectrum. SEM observation indicated that SEBS domain achieved a uniform dispersion in the matrix due to the corporation of the self-made compatibilizer, which also led to a minimum size in the dispersed phase. This is due to the remarkable improvement in interracial adhesion between TPU and SEBS. TGA results suggested the decomposition temperatures of the blends were increased with addition of these compatiblizers, and the self-made compatibilizer had the best effect on the improvement of thermal stability for the blends among the three compatibilizers.
