摘要
根据某品牌果汁机外罩壳的形状特点,详细分析了其模具的结构和工作原理,设计了具有前模内滑块、斜滑块、穿孔滑块,后模滑块、斜顶等抽芯机构的注射模具,实现了外罩壳的注射成型。
The forming process of a blender's shell was analyzed, and the structure of their injection molds and working principle were described. The injection mold for this blender's shell was designed, and it includes inner slides on front cavity, angled-lift splits, tunnel slides on the stationary mold fixed half, slides on the movable mold fixed half, and angles from pin, etc. The injection molding was also carried out successfully for the blender's shells.
