摘要
对比国内外山地城镇的研究现状,在对海东区进行实地调研、相关规程研读以及土地利用现状分析的基础上,选择了坡度、高程、地质灾害等12项与当地生态环境密切相关的指标进行了生态敏感性评价,并将评价结果敏感度低和敏感度一般的区域作为宜建设区域。以海东区2011年土地利用变更数据为基础,运用灰色线性规划模型对海东区土地利用结构进行布局优化,对海东区宜建设区域进行选择,在宜建设区域内选择5个区块进行山地城镇建设用地规划布局。
Abstract Based on a comparison of research status of mountainous towns at home and abroad, field research on Haidong District, a study on relevant regulatory procedures, and analysis of current situation of land use in the region, twelve indicators ( such as slope, elevation and geological disasters) closely related to the local ecological environment were selected to evaluate its ecological sensitivity, and the regions with low and moderate sensitivity were as appropriate construction areas. On the basis of data of land use changes in Haidong District in 2011, the layout of land use structure in the region was optimized by using the grey linear programming model to choose appropriate construction areas, and the layout of construction land in five blocks of the appropriate construction areas was conducted.
