2005~2015年我国进口原木截获疫情分析及工作建议 被引量:4

Analysis of the epidemic situation and suggestions on relevant work of imported logs in China during 2005-2015

摘要 本文概述了2005~2015年我国进口原木的基本情况,并对口岸原木疫情截获进行了分析。结果显示进境原木截获有害生物种类和次数逐年增长,与2005年相比,2015年截获有害生物种类和次数分别增长2.62和12.64倍,两者高度相关(R2=0.9477)。截获的有害生物包含昆虫、螨类、杂草、线虫、真菌、细菌、软体动物、老鼠以及树蛙等活体动物,种类和次数最多的是昆虫类有害生物,截获种类共计2 952种,594 329种次。为加强原木疫情防控,检验检疫工作应在科学风险分析的基础上,着力完善检验检疫法规体系、建立检验检疫全过程监管体系、强化技术支撑体系建设。 This article outlined the basic situation of imported logs and analyzed the intercepted logs from 2005 to 2015 in China. The results showed that both the pest species intercepted and the times of inter- ception increased year by year. In fact ,the number of intercepted species and the times of pest intercep- tion in 2015 were 2.62 times and 12.64 times that of 2005 ,respectively, both of which were highly correlated(R2=0.9477). The intercepted pests included insects,mites,weeds,nematodes,fungi,bacteria,mollusks, mice and frogs and other live animals. The largest number of species and highest times of such intercep- tion were found in intercepted insect pests,with a total of 2 952 species and 594 329 times of interception in insects. To strengthen epidemic prevention and control logs,initiative inspection and quarantine work should be taken. On the basis of scientific risk analysis ,we should improve the legal system for inspection and quarantine efforts,establish the whole process inspection and quarantine supervision system, and strengthen the technical support system.
