摘要
目的建立食(饮)具洗消剂残余量的流动化学分析方法。方法在线萃取分段流动化学分析法测定食(饮)具表面残留的烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)。结果方法的检出限0.008 mg/L,最低检出浓度0.024 mg/L,食(饮)具表面ABS检出限为0.000 5~0.001 6 mg/100 cm2,最低检出浓度0.001 5~0.004 8 mg/100 cm2。在浓度0~1.000 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,加标回收率在96%~101%之间,相对标准差为0.8%~3.6%。结论在线萃取分段流动化学分析法可准确、快速地测定食(饮)具洗消剂残余量。
Objective To build analytic method detecting washing disinfection potion residues on the surface of eating (drinking) utensils. Methods Online extraction section flow chemical analysiswas used to detect ABS on the surfaces of food (drink) tools. Results The detection limit of method was O. 008mg/L, the lowest detection concentration was 0. 024 nag/L; and the surface ABS detection limit was 0. 0005 - 0. 0016 mg/100em2, the lowest detection concentration for ABS was 0. 0015 - 0. 0048 mg/100em2. There was a linear relationship within the concentration scope from 0 to 1. 000 mg/L, and the standard addition recovery was 96% - 101% , with relative standard deviation of O. 8% - 3.6%. Conclusion Online extraction section flow chemical analy- sis method can accurately and quickly test washing disinfection potion residues on the surface of eating ( drink- ing) utensils.
