HemoCueHb201+ Applicability Research on Screening Anemia Among Students

目的探讨应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学校筛查学生贫血的适用性。方法应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学校不同环境下检测血红蛋白,应用Sysmex800i全自动五分类血液分析仪与Hemo Cue Hb201+进行方法比对。结果用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在操场拥挤无序环境下检测血红蛋白,贫血率为21.4%;在教室有序环境下进行复测,贫血率为4.6%,其中将18名学生与Sysmex800i全自动五分类血液分析仪进行了方法比对,结果差异没有统计学意义。结论应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学生人群中筛查贫血,检测迅速、准确度高,避免了体检时学生滞留,但要注意测量环境是否有序可控可能会影响操作人员规范操作,从而影响检测结果。

Objective To explore the application of HemoCueHb201 ＋on anemia screening among students. Methods HemoCueHb201＋was applied to test hemoglobin in different environments of school, and Sysmex800i was used for the comparison.
