复杂地形条件湿气集输系统轴心射流清管特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用常规清管器进行湿气集输系统的清管作业时,存在清管器下游积聚大量的液体、终点压力的急剧波动、末端捕集器液位快速上升、清管器运动速度快等问题。轴心射流清管器因其可以有效地控制清管过程中下游液塞长度,降低末端分离器压力波动以及溢流的风险,具有较好的应用前景。本研究采用多相流动态模拟软件OLGA建立清管模型,通过对比分析清管器速度、压力及液塞流量可知,采用轴心射流清管器可使运行时间延长、运行速度降低、清管能力增强;随着旁通率的增大,清管器的运行速度及压力波动幅度减小。 There are a lot of influences such as a large of amount accumulation of liquid existing, the sharp fluctuations of the end pressure, the rapid rise of the end trap and the fast speed of the pigging when the pipeline pigging operations are conducted by the conventional pig in wet gas gathering system. The pass pigging gains a wide application in the future because it can effectively control the length of the slug in the downstream,reduce the end pressure fluctuation and the risk of the separator's overflow.This paper adopts multiphase flow dynamic simulation software OLGA to establish the pigging model. Through the comparative analysis of pigging velocity,pressure and liquid slug flow,we could obtain that the running time of the pig is prolonged, the velocity is reduced and the cleaning capacity is enhanced. With the increase of the by- pass rate, the running speed and pressure fluctuation amplitude of the pig are decreased.
