油田生产管网完整性管理的实施策略

Implementation Strategy of Integrity Management for the Production Pipeline Networks in Oil Fields

完整性管理在我国长输油气管道上的实施已经取得显著成效,但在油田管道上的应用仍然处于初级阶段。借鉴相对成熟的长输管道完整性管理的理念和做法,针对在油田管道上实施完整性管理面临的主要问题,梳理出油田管道实施完整性管理的技术体系,提出了适应油田管网实际的完整性管理实施策略,以及实施完整性管理所需要的支持系统。通过完整性管理支持系统的运行和数据积累,实现油田管道安全运行管理和有风险管道完整性管理。

The implementation of integrity management in long distance oil and gas pipeline in China has been remarkable, but for the oil field pipelines is still in its early stages. Learn from relatively mature implementation method of pipeline integrity management, to deal with the main problems in implementation on the oil pipeline integrity management,sort out the technology support system of pipelines integrity management, developed the implementation strategy of integrity management for the production pipeline networks in oil fields, as well as the technical specification of integrity management support system. Through operation and data accumulation of integrity management support system, tries to achieve the oil field pipeline safety operation management and the risk of pipeline integrity management.
