关节镜下应用Fast-Fix修复半月板损伤的疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下应用Fast-Fix半月板缝合器修复半月板损伤及术后康复的临床疗效。方法自2013年1月至2015年10月,关节镜下应用Fast-Fix半月板缝合器修复58例半月板损伤,右膝32例,左膝26例。其中内侧损伤25例,外侧损伤28例,内外侧同时损伤5例。前角损伤5例,体部撕裂11例,后角撕裂38例,全层撕裂4例;红区损伤21例,红白区损伤37例。平均缝合针数2针(1~4针),术后结合科学康复训练。通过症状、体征及Lysholm评分系统分析术前及术后膝关节功能。结果术后随访6~52个月(平均22个月),术后无血管、神经损伤及伤口感染等并发症。术后膝关节伸屈功能正常,无交锁症状及疼痛。术前Lysholm评分为(45.10±12.55)分,术后为(87.34±10.55)分,采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分进行疗效评价,优良率96.45%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.15,P〈0.01)。结论关节镜下使用Fast-Fix缝合器修复半月板损伤创伤小、恢复快、安全、疗效可靠。 Objective To investigate the effect of Fast-Fix suture device on repair of meniscus injury. Methods From January 2013 to October 2015,Fast-Fix suture device was used to repair 58 meniscus injuries including 25 of medial meniscus,28 injuries of lateral meniscus,5 injuries of both medial and lateral menisci. 5,11,38 and 4 injuries were found in the anterior horn,meniscus body,posterior horn,posterior horn-body respectively. Of the 58 injuries,21 were located in the red region and37 in the red-white region. The average number of Fast-Fix devices used was two( range one to four). The clinical cure criteria of menical injury included symptom,sign and Lysholm score. Results The patients were followed up for 6 ~ 52 months( mean22 months). There were no complications like blood vessels or nerve injury and wound infection. The flexion and extension functions of knee joint became normal with no locking symptoms and pain. The Lysholm score for the operated knees was( 45. 10 ± 12. 55) and( 87. 34 ± 10. 55),respectively,before and after operation( t = 3. 15,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Meniscus injuries can be rapidly,safely and effectively repaired with Fast-fix suture device.
