摘要
静电分离系统(E-Scrub)采用的分离介质液来自循环系统,用水量和化学药品量低且不需要废水处理。采用高压静电去除过喷漆雾,去除效果大大好于文丘里水幕,是将来喷房废漆处理技术的一个发展趋势。本研究对E-Scrub在实际运行中出现的问题及相应的应用及改进方法进行了介绍及研究,为以后高质量、高技术的涂装车间喷房过喷漆雾分离系统的开发和设计提供实践依据。
The separating agent applied in E-Scrub system comes from liquid circulatory system. It requires less water and considerably less chemicals without wastewater treatment. The effect for dislodging overspray of new electrostatic scrubber system is significantly better than Venturi system. It is a development tendency of the electrostatic scrubber system used in the future. This paper is mainly focused on the problems and corresponding solutions during the actual operation of E-Scrub system. It provides valuable practical reference for the devel- opment and design of the high performance and hi-teeh of the overspray separation system in automotive paint shop.
