摘要
水性3C1B是一种"三涂一烘"工艺,以"湿碰湿"方式进行预喷涂、色漆和清漆喷涂的集成化汽车涂装工艺,在设备、材料、环保等多方面都具备优势。文中重点介绍了利用显微镜分析水性3C1B汽车涂装工艺预喷涂层"黑点"缺陷的形状及类型。根据缺陷类型从材料、膜厚、喷涂工艺、预烘干工艺等方面分析研究缺陷产生的原因,从而确定各影响因素的主次。针对主次因素提出了多种应对方案,解决了预喷涂层的"黑点"缺陷。
The waterborne 3C1B automotive painting process standing for three coatings and one baking process is an integral automotive coating process of precoating, basecoat and varnish via a wet-on-wet method, showing its advantages in terms of coating facilities, mate- rials and environment compliance, etc. In this article, the morphology and type of the film de- fect "black spots" on surface of precoating have been introduced in particular by means of mi- croscope. Meanwhile, the causes of the film defect are analyzed in terms of coating materials, film thickness, spraying process and prebaking process, etc., which confirm the main influen- tial factors. Various solutions are given accordingly to solve the film defect "black spots".
