摘要
海洋平台设计中HVAC专业在PDMS三维建模、系统布置图绘制等环节需要耗费大量的设计工时。为了提升PDMS在海洋平台HVAC系统设计中的应用水平,提高设计效率和设计质量,以现有PDMS的设计能力为基础,优化专业设计流程。通过对PDMS进行二次开发,完善了系统元件库和等级库,开发了出图工具,实现了利用PDMS出HVAC系统布置图、剖面图,生成材料表等功能。经实际项目验证,出图工具的使用节省了大量设计工时,可显著提高HVAC系统的设计效率和设计质量。
In the HVAC system design of offshore platform, plenty of man-hour shall be put into the 3D modeling and the system layout drawings. In order to strengthen the application level of PDMS software in the HVAC system design and improve the design efficiency and design quality. Design process shall be optimized based on the existing PDMS software design capability. Through secondary development of the PDMS software, the system component library and the specification library are improved, and the drawing tools are developed. The HVAC system layout drawing, profile map and material list are generated by using the PDMS software. A lot of design man-hour is saved, and HVAC system design efficiency and design quality are significantly improved.
