关于段塞流及间歇流工况下计量装置的优化 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高单井计量装置在段塞流及间歇井间歇出液工况下计量数据的准确性,有必要对目前计量站计量装置进行优化。在计量装置的出液管线上加装质量流量计,同时在装置内部气线出口加装机械式浮球阀,当大液量进入计量装置,浮球阀在高液位时关闭出气线,防止气线进液同时给装置升压,质量流量计对大液量及较小液量的单井来液均可实现连续计量。所以,加装机械式浮球阀及质量流量计对提高严苛工况下计量数据的准确性、实现油田精细化及数据化管理有重要作用。 In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement data of single well metering device, under the condition of slug flow and intermittent condition of produced liquid, it is necessary for the metering station to optimize metering device by installing quality flowmeter on the liquid pipeline of metering device, at the same time installing mechanical float valve at the gas exports inside the device. When a large amount of liquid runs into the metering device, float valve closes gas outlet line at high level and prevents gas line getting into the liquid to booster device at the same time. Mass flowmeter for large amount of fluid and smaller fluid from single well, can realize continuous measurement. So, installing mechanical float valve and mass flowmeter to improve the accuracy of the measurement data under harsh conditions is of great significance for the realization of oilfield fine and datamation management.
