新型多孔金膜的电化学制备及其在砷检测中的应用

摘要 以PB为模板,在玻碳电极上层层电沉积普鲁士蓝(PB)-金复合物,制备了多孔金膜(AuPB)修饰电极.用电化学和扫描电子显微镜对该多孔金膜修饰的电极进行表征,结果表明该膜具有高表面积和粗糙度.并将其应用于高灵敏三价砷的电化学检测.在最优条件下,电化学线性扫描阳极溶出伏安法(LSASV)响应峰电流与样品中的砷(Ⅲ)在0.075~5μmol/L浓度范围内成线性关系;灵敏度为1.4 k A/mol,检测限(S/N=3)为8.5 nmol/L.该修饰电极对As(Ⅲ)分析具有响应范围宽、灵敏度高、操作简便以及良好稳定性的特点. A porous gold film (AUpB) based on Prussian blue template was fabricated by layer-by-layer elec- trodeposition of Prussian blue-gold composite on a glassy carbon electrode. The gold film modified glassy carbon electrode was characterized by using electrochemistry and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the AupB film possessed high specific surfaces and roughness that can be applied to sensitively detect As ( Ⅲ ) ions by electrochemical methods. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the peak current of linear sweep anodic stripping voltammetry is linearly correlated with the concentration of As ( Ⅲ ) from 0. 075 to 5 μmol/L with the sen- sitivity of 1.4 kA/mol and the detection limit of 8.5 nmol/L (S/N = 3 ). This modified electrode has demonstrated wide response range, high sensitivity, convenient operation and good stability for the analysis of As ( Ⅲ ).
