区域经济发展效率演化及其影响因素——以江苏省为例 被引量:2

摘要 测度经济发展效率是衡量地区经济增长质量的重要手段,效率提高对经济增长具有重要作用。本文运用DEA模型测度2000-2014年江苏各城市的经济发展效率并分析其收敛性和影响因素,研究发现:经济发展效率具有周期性波动的演化特征,苏南高于苏中和苏北,苏北一直离全省平均水平有较大距离;全省经济发展效率显示出绝对收敛和条件收敛的特征,三大地区条件收敛显著,绝对收敛特征不明显;考察期内的就业结构、对外开放度、创新能力对经济发展效率具有正向影响作用,政府影响力对经济发展效率具有负向影响作用。最后,根据研究结果提出相关针对性建议。 Assessing economic development efficiency is an important means of measuring quality of regional economy growth. Efficiency improvement plays an important role in economic growth. Based on the data of cities in Jiangsu province during the period of 2000-2014, an empirical analysis on the economic development efficiency and its convergence and influence factors is conducted by using the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model. The results are as follows: with the characteristics of periodic undulation evolution, the economic development efficiency of the southern Jiangsu is higher than that of the middle and northern Jiangsu, and the northern Jiangsu always has a greater distance from the average level in entire province; the economic development efficiency of entire Jiangsu has the characteristics of absolute convergence and conditional convergence, and the three major areas of Jiangsu have a significant conditional convergence and an insignificant absolute convergence; the employment structure, the degree of openness and the innovation ability have the positive influence on the efficiency, and meanwhile the government influence has the negative impact on the efficiency. Finally, some focused suggestions are put forward according to the results of research.
