基于区域生态功能差异的生态空间分类体系研究

生态空间是一个国家和地区社会经济发展的基础,良好的生态空间对经济的发展将起到极大的推动作用。在绿色发展的大背景下,如何保护好生态系统和生态空间已成为我国面临的重大问题。而不同区域生态空间的环境功能和空间分布类型都存在很大差异。本文借鉴国内外已有的研究成果,立足服务国家发展战略的需要,依据生态功能区规划、主体功能区规划、生态保护红线规划等要求,明晰生态空间的概念、内涵,并以江西省为例,基于区域生态功能差异建立生态空间分类体系,最后从提高认识、遵循自然环境分异规律、制定分类管控机制等方面提出措施建议。

Ecological space is the foundation of social economic development of a country or region. Good ecological space will play a great role in promoting economic development. Under the background of green development, how to protect the ecosystem and the ecological space has become an important question for our country. Different ecological spaces have very different environment functions and spatial distribution types. Using some research harvests both at home and overseas for reference, based on our national development strategy needs, according to the requirements of ecological functional area planning, main functional area planning and ecological protection red line planning, the paper clarifies the concept and connotation of ecological space. Taking Jiangxi province as an example, the classification system of ecological space is established based on the differences of regional ecological functions. Finally, the research is concluded with the policy recommendations of improving cognition, following natural environment difference, and making the classification control mechanism.
