澳大利亚国家教师专业标准的变迁脉络与经验 被引量:3

摘要 澳大利亚的国家教师专业标准的制定和实施对世界各国产生了重要影响。通过研究发现,其变迁可以从宏观发展历程和内在理路的变迁两方面来分析。对于我国教师教育体系来说,其经验启示主要有以下几个方面:首先,逐步建立一个范围广阔的国家教师专业标准;其次,建构差异性的教师专业标准以提供个多样化的教师专业发展方式;再次,以民主、科学的原则规范教师专业标准的制定过程;最后,不断的丰富、更新与优化国家教师专业标准。
