寒冷地区冬季库外洗车现场试验研究

Field Test Study on the Train Washing without Train-washing Workshop in Cold Area in Winter

目前铁路行业一般采用建库洗车来保证北方地区冬季洗车。建库洗车作业繁琐,效率低。为了解决冬季库外洗车,节约建库成本,本研究开发出了冬季库外洗车系统。现场试验结果表明,根据室外温度,通过调整喷嘴水流速和水温、热风幕出口风速和温度等参数,可以实现冬季库外洗车,而且洗车效果比较好。

Building Train-washing Workshop is adopted in order to ensure train washing in the northern winter, washing operation in train-washing workshop is complex and low efficiency, increase the servicing time and security risks. In this study, a train washing system without train-washing workshop was developed. Field test results show that the system can realize object by adjusting the parameters such as the outlet velocity and temperature of the air knife, the washing water temperature and the flow, the hot air curtain outlet velocity and temperature.
