迟发型鸟氨酸氨甲酰转移酶缺乏症1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 鸟氨酸氨甲酰转移酶缺乏症（ornithine carbamoyltransferase deficiency,OTCD）是尿素循环障碍中最常见的一种遗传代谢病。主要分为两型：新生儿急性起病型和迟发型。迟发型可表现为在儿童期及成年期出现症状性高氨血症发作。现报道我院迟发型OTCD 1例,以提高对本病的认识。1病例资料患儿,女,4岁,因＂咳嗽2 d,
