海稻86的籼粳性鉴定

Identification of Indica-Japonica Attribute of Searice 86

海稻86是非常珍贵的耐盐碱水稻种质资源,其耐盐碱优良性状为有效利用黄河三角洲盐碱地、增加粮食产量提供了可能。本研究利用InDel分子指数法对海稻86的籼粳性进行分析,结果表明海稻86为籼稻,且初步确定其不是野生稻。这就为杂交育种亲本配组中有效利用海稻86耐盐碱优良性状提供了参考。

Searice 86 is a very precious rice germplasm resource with saline- alkali tolerance. Its excellent property makes it possible to efficiently utilize the saline- alkali land in Yellow River Delta and increase grain yield. In this study,the indica- japonica attribute of Searice 86 was analyzed with In Del molecular index method. The results showed that Searice 86 belonged to indica type rice,and was preliminarily confirmed to be not wild rice. This research provided references for the effective use of excellent saline- alkali tolerance character of Searice 86 in parents matching of hybrid breeding.
